We loved our salesman, Juwan. We first went to Chevy and due to an unexpected accident in one of our vehicles, we weren’t able to finish making a sale. We decided to get the car fixed and in the meantime, I looked around at other dealerships, but found not only the best pricing at the dealership, but no one was like Juwan. We ended up going back when the car was fixed and purchased 2 cars from him. The only con we had was with Travis, the finance manager. He did not seem eager to help us in ANY way to close a deal and didn’t seem to listen to us on our needs and was willing to allow us to walk out the door. If it wasn’t for Victor (I believe that’s his name), the internet sales manager, who walked with us outside and came up with a solution to make a deal (which is something that Travis did not do nor attempt). It all worked out in the end! We also did not get paperwork after signing all the papers, which was odd, and I had to call several days in a row to try and get copies of everything we signed. All and all, we did have a good experience and plan on returning years from now, as long as Juwan is still there More
