Travis was professional, helpful, and the main reason I rated the service department at Sutherlin Nissan as high as I did. His customer service was excellent. However, the overall service process is ext rated the service department at Sutherlin Nissan as high as I did. His customer service was excellent. However, the overall service process is extremely slow and inefficient. I arrived at 7:15 AM for a simple transmission flush and it took about two hours. It also appeared that many technicians arrived closer to 8 AM even though service hours start at 7 AM. The process still involves a lot of unnecessary paperwork despite the dealership recently implementing a new computer system. I had to sign multiple documents, and even paying at the cashier took additional time due to more paperwork. Lastly, the waiting area could be much more comfortable. Some more comfortable seating would go a longer way. Overall, great service from Travis, but the service process itself needs improvement. More

I hope God and Nissian Blesses him with a Respectful raise asap. People like him need to be making $200k per year just because of the effort and attention and dedication to efficiency.ive dealt with a lot of dealerships with promises to repair and is was never ever this smooth. The entire team was amazing well done is all I can say and thank God For Travis. Much love and blessing keep up the good work. More

So the only big issue I have is with whoever schedules these appointments. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with my appointment, I didn't end up leaving til these appointments. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with my appointment, I didn't end up leaving till 5 pm. I understand that it's not going to just take 30 minutes, but I don't understand why I need to schedule an appointment if they're not going to even start servicing my car for over 3 hours. When I asked the desk how many people were ahead of me I was told 7-8 people. That was after I had waited 20 minutes and was quite frankly unacceptable for someone to take the time to make an appointment. Why would I get another oil change here when I now know I have to schedule a whole day just to get my oil changed? When I could go to 10 other places that honor appointment times and will have me out within an hour? More
