Due to the complexity of the instrumentation panel, the training on how to use/understand it was lacking. They are always very professional and treat me as a valued customer. They complete the work quickly and so far the car is done when they say it will be done. They also washed the car for me which it badly needed. I had the car in for a required EPA software upgrade which was a pain to do but the dealer made it as pleasant an experience as possible. I have noticed that the vehicle now requires me to actually step on the gas pedal to get it to move when I back out of my garage once I put it in reverse. The same is true in drive when I move from a stop, so I am assuming that is due to the software change. No big deal but one item of feedback would be to tell the owner what the change will result in if anything when you drive it. More
