Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and I appreciated that the team called a couple of times to check in with me beforehand. When I arrived, Trevor was already outside, waiting and greeting me cheerfully. He had the car I wanted to see perfectly preparedcleaned and washed, waiting right there for me. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He spent a generous amount of time with me, answering all my questions during our test drive and beyond. One of Trevors best qualities is that he is absolutely not pushy. He was helpful, easygoing, and even connected with me on a personal level discussing cars and foreign countries. He made the entire process incredibly easy, without unnecessary complications, high-pressure upselling, or convincing me to do things I didn't want to. He was incredibly patient, even when I asked to see my loan options changed three different times to ensure I was comfortable with my payments. Trevor is a true asset to the Chevrolet team.
