My vehicle wasn’t see for 2 days after I told it would be but wasn’t communicated this unless I called or reached out. For what appeared to be a simple battery replacement(s), I don’t understand why it took but wasn’t communicated this unless I called or reached out. For what appeared to be a simple battery replacement(s), I don’t understand why it took so long to diagnose and fix. I’m not a typical complainer. It’s not in my nature, but when Triston said they didn’t have a battery in stock, I was convinced there was something else going on. How can a Jeep service department NOT carry a Jeep battery? Made no sense. Triston was a nice person but he didn’t communicate often enough as to why things weren’t moving along on my service. More

Did a nice job with the work that was completed but could’ve told me in advance that not all work would be able to get done in the time scheduled. Additionally, needing to bring my car back and leave i could’ve told me in advance that not all work would be able to get done in the time scheduled. Additionally, needing to bring my car back and leave it for 2+ days to get diagnostics seems off. I’m thinking if I make an appointment I should be able to drop it for a handful of hours or the day but get it back same day. More
