Bait & Switch - I was originally working with Maus Acura in Tampa, but the color and trim of the car I was looking for was no longer available at Maus. Maus told m - I was originally working with Maus Acura in Tampa, but the color and trim of the car I was looking for was no longer available at Maus. Maus told me they could work with another dealership that had the car to have the car sent to them. After several days of being told by Maus that the dealership wouldn't respond to them, I decided to do some research and find the car myself. It turns out that the car was at Regal Acura and they were refusing to send the car to Maus. I spoke with Regal myself who told me they would match the offer Maus was giving me. The salesperson gave me his cell number to coordinate a time to come into the dealership to see the car. A few hours later, I texted him a picture of Maus's Extended Benefits asking if they would match it. The extended benefits cover 13 items, including free oil changes and tire rotations. He responded and confirmed that they offer the same benefits with the exception of stolen vehicle and collision reimbursement. I was ok with that and scheduled a time to come into the dealership. On my drive to the dealership the next day, I called one more time to confirm all of the extended benefits they claimed to offer. The salesperson backtracked and said that they provide some of those benefits but "definitely not free oil changes or tire rotations." Once I got to the dealership after driving over an hour from Tampa to Lakeland, I was told that there is "no way they would ever match the deal from Maus." It seems as though I was blatantly lied to just to get me to come into the dealership. This has been such a horrible and stressful car buying experience. I would not recommend working with this car dealership that seemingly plays games and uses old-school tactics to try to deceive their potential customers. More

The amazing team at Regal Acura was extremely supportive during my car buying process! I get nervous when making big purchases and add on that I was upside down on my previous vehicle made me extra anxious. during my car buying process! Troy, Michael, and Pedro were phenomenal in keeping me calm and helping me purchase my dream car! They showed me every possible option and explained everything in detail. They truly had my best interest in mind. They set the standard for service and I’m very happy I chose Regal Acura! I highly recommend them! It’s worth the drive out of Orlando’s terrible dealerships. More
