This most pleasant car buying experience I ever had, As advertised there were no games or last-minute surprises-hidden fees. I saw a car on-line I liked, and I checked the Car Fax and Kelley Blue Book valu advertised there were no games or last-minute surprises-hidden fees. I saw a car on-line I liked, and I checked the Car Fax and Kelley Blue Book value, The car was right on the mark for fair market value. I went to the dealership and the car had already been sold. The salesmen Troy took my name and number and told me he would give me a call in another similar car came in. The next day Troy called and informed me that the person who bought the car I wanted backed out of the deal and that it was now available again. I went to the dealership the next day inspected the car and test drove it. The car had been fully serviced & detailed and had four new tires installed. There was no haggling because the price was right, and the deal was done. The was the most stress-free car buying experience I ever had with no buyer's remorse. I thank Troy and Finance Manager Bill D for making it such an easy and pleasant car buying experience. More

He is an outstanding Used Car Sales Consultant for Smith Haven CJDR. We sat down for about an hour and discussed the mechanics of trading in and purchasing a used car from Smith Haven CJDR. Troy Fitchter skillfully guided the purchase process through each decision point. He kept me informed, always providing me the best possible course of action as a customer. Troy Fitchter's CJDR industry knowledge and experience was on full display from start to finish. Easiest most transparent deal I’ve ever done in my life, found the car I wanted online, saw the price, walked in and that was the price. 5 other dealers I’ve went to previously bait you in with a price then found the car I wanted online, saw the price, walked in and that was the price. 5 other dealers I’ve went to previously bait you in with a price then jack it up with dealer fees! Zero dealer fees here and they stand by it! Thank you for being honest! Such a quick easy experience More

No haggle but sold vehicle with a recall. I found the used truck I wanted and paid a fair price for it. I did the research. Troy was open and honest saying he knew little about the vehicle. If he tried to bluff his way around it I likely would have walked out. He also assisted with the registration issue. I appreciated that. The vehicle had an open recall on it and I was surprised it was not rectified before the sale. I believe it is unlawful to sell a vehicle with an open recall in NYS. I didn't push the issue knowing my servicing dealer would handle it. Their detailers should be fired also. I mean who sprays tire shine to coat the bed liner of a pickup? It was like ice. At any rate, seeing as I was not interested in paying for any additional warranty or financing, it seemed Smith Haven just wanted to get the cash and send me on my way. No problem, I paid a fair price for the truck I wanted and got a great deal on an OEM extended warranty from my dealer of choice, who also happily took care of the recall issue. There was also a delay in getting the permanent registration for the vehicle but it was eventually rectified as well. I didn't appreciate having a vehicle I just purchased sit in my driveway unregistered for a week but they did say they'd "pay for the ticket" if I got one... ? More

Welcoming, caring dealership! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for buying and financing my fist "big" car. Having paid full cash for my past cars from private dealers I Couldn't have asked for a better experience for buying and financing my fist "big" car. Having paid full cash for my past cars from private dealers I was very nervous about what a dealership/financing entailed. I visited the dealership on Saturday interested in the Nissan Rogue I found online. Troy greeted my mother and I right away and took us to see the car. Troy is easily the nicest and most honest person to deal with. He answered every question I asked, talked me through the entire process, wrote down everything for me to look over, gave advice with my old car, and even urged me to test drive the car so I could see if I would even be comfortable with the car. He never tried to oversell the car and even let me look at comparable cars just to see if I liked anything else. I left without feeling pressured or pushed at all. I returned Monday to purchase the car and again Troy couldn't have been more professional and welcoming. He made everything very straight forward with no surprises from what he told me the other day. This dealership and Troy definitely deserve all the high reviews they receive. More

Love my truck!!! My salesman was awesome and didn't pressure me at all. First time in my life that buying a new truck was painfree and easy. That being said I bought used and had to bring it back two days later for new rotors. Feel like they did everything else why leave old rotors that would eventually cause a problem... new brakes front and back, new tires, and new back rotors. Day three with my truck was spent at the dealer getting new rotors because they were making noise. Ugh! More

Ease of Purchase I was referred to Troy by my daughter's boyfriend. I was able to negotiate a tentative deal for a used Chevy Equinox over the phone. I had gotten a I was referred to Troy by my daughter's boyfriend. I was able to negotiate a tentative deal for a used Chevy Equinox over the phone. I had gotten a price quote from another dealership on the same make of automobile. Troy not only matched the deal, but we were able to close on the day that we met. He met the price of the other Chevy Equinox that we had looked at, even though his was listed almost $2000 more. He gave us the same trade in value for the GMC Terrain that I was trading in. The only thing left was paying for the Equinox and driving it away the same night. The deal was done in only 4 days. My daughter is now driving the car and is very happy. It has everything that she was looking for. Thanks Troy. We will definitely recommend you and your company to anyone that asks about used cars. More

BROWN'S JEEP CHRYSLER sends rebate deals from $500 to $2000 to put towards a down payment and you guys said my truck is worth $22,000 and BROWN'S valued my truck at $27,000. $5,000 difference. Troy said he needed $2000 more to make the deal. Well, that difference covered it. I could have walked out with a truck. You have to decide whether you want to sell vehicles or just get the most money. More
