Horrible experience. Went to trade in a car on a used minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. They sent our info to 13 lenders in one day. 13 hard pulls on our credit minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. When we complained, "you must have gone to another dealership." No just you. Never again. More

There was no rush to purchase but at first it seemed unlikely we’d find what I was looking for. Danielle (sales rep) was very on top of her game and when she found something that fit all of the specifications, she reached out to me right away.
