Horrible experience I was forced to purchase products I didn’t want and was told they were mandatory due to already being equipped on the vehicle which was a lie and I told the salesperson, finance person didn’t want and was told they were mandatory due to already being equipped on the vehicle which was a lie and I told the salesperson, finance person and a sales manager I didn’t want them and it wasn’t till after all signings and I printed my copy of the contract at home did it show these items were optional I have purchased 2 other vehicles in the past from your dealership with no issues I feel I was taken for over $3700 with interest on my loan comes out to over $5200 I sent emails to my salesperson finance person and both sales managers with no response in my opinion this situation is fraud I will be at the dealership on Friday the 20th to get the 2nd key I am owed that I had to fight for and at that time I am going to ask to speak to upper management and if I don’t feel satisfied with the outcome I will be filing complaints with multiple different agencies in regards to this matter More
