I would never buy from this dealership again. Felt like I was lied to from day one. Few parts needed to be fixed before I took the vehicle home for good. And to top it off they took my vehicle an hour away to a sister dealership because they were too busy!! Without asking me! When I inspected where it was coming from it was I could see it was from the p After purchasing a 2021 f150 I noticed a couple drops on the driveway. When I inspected where it was coming from it was I could see it was from the pinion seal of the differential. I called the dealership. They had me bring the truck in, gave me a loaner car and fixed the problem at no cost. The receptionist for the service department was excellent. I walked in we swapped keys and I was out within a minute. Both coming and going. I would have given the dealership five stars. I feel they could have caught and fixed the leak before purchase and could have communicated better while being serviced. A simple text saying “we found the issue and ordered parts should be done tomorrow “ would have prevented some frustration. Overall very satisfied. More
