Awesome Dealership and personal, if there were 10 stars I’d give 11. I have been looking for an MX-5 for months now, all over the US and found a few in my price range, negotiated and nothing. I finally fou I’d give 11. I have been looking for an MX-5 for months now, all over the US and found a few in my price range, negotiated and nothing. I finally found Victory and they had the car that was perfect, it was out of my budget but I still made my offered and instead of brushing me off like most dealerships Derricka treated me like family and said that she would present the offer and after a long but sweet negotiation I accepted their counter offer. It was fair and better than any other offer I had received to date and they gave me free oil changes and a warranty. It was worth flying in from Chicago to Cleveland where they picked me up. They were great from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking for great cars and customer service to visit Victory. Tnx again Derricka and Tyler for all your time and attention to my hunt of the perfect MX-5 RF More

Came for a simple brake change which was covered by car doc. Ended up being quoted $1,600 for other random stuff. Said no, just want the brakes for now. Was then quoted over $585 when brake pads and labor doc. Ended up being quoted $1,600 for other random stuff. Said no, just want the brakes for now. Was then quoted over $585 when brake pads and labor should have been covered. Again I declined and just picked my vehicle up without the work being done. Before I could even leave the parking lot, dummy lights lit up the dashboard, though none were on when I had dropped the vehicle off. An alarm was going off every time you give it gas. Making the vehicle undriveable in that condition. Went inside to ask why and was told that's what "would have happen eventually". They knew about the lights and alarm, as they ran it through their car and pulled it forward. I'm guessing they were unhappy that I chose to not fix random things like a clip for the e-brake, which caused me no issues to begin with. Because I purchased the maintenance plan when I bought the vehicle, they were essentially making little money for a brake change as pads and labor were covered. I will never go back there as obviously they do not care about their customers. When I dropped it off in the morning they already making suggestions about things I could have done before even looking at the vehicle. Such as something for $185, another random service for $290. Of course none of this was things that were covered by car doc. I believe because I'm a woman and went alone they thought they could get me to spend unnecessary money. Will never go back there again, even though I still have tons of service that's supposed to be covered by my plan. More
