I had several small issues that needed attention. I was told my wait time would be an hour, possibly a little more. It was just about an hour. One suggestion I have would be to make the waiting I was told my wait time would be an hour, possibly a little more. It was just about an hour. I was able to set up the appointment and was able to discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got t discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got the Passat down to Eau Claire on that Tuesday morning and by that afternoon they had it fixed. I had to wait until Friday to pick it up but that was because of a snowstorm and Thanksgiving. Got her back to running great THANKS More

Pros- Car was serviced in a timely fashion and cleaned well as part of the service. Communication was outstanding. Tyler was great. Cons- The waiting area was spartan compared to my other prem well as part of the service. Communication was outstanding. Tyler was great. Cons- The waiting area was spartan compared to my other premium brand service experiences (Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes, and even Hyundai). You need a coat hook in the bathroom. I was hoping to talk to a sales rep, but never saw one in the hour plus I was waiting. More
