Well worth the short drive I was looking for a 17 Silverado when I saw an 18 I had to at least get a price. In 15 minutes Tyler showed me I could own an 18 for the price of a 17 I was looking for a 17 Silverado when I saw an 18 I had to at least get a price. WE LEFT THE FIRST DAY WITH ALL THE INFO I NEEDED. AFTER GOING TO SEVERAL CAR LOTS THAT DAY AND LOOKING AT SEVERAL VEHICLES, THE PERSONABLE, NON-PUSHINESS SALESMAN ATTITUDE AND KNOWLEDGE (ALONG WITH THE PRICE) ON THE VEHICLE MADE THE SALE. MY HUSBAND AND I DISCUSSED EVERYTHING OVER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AND I CALLED UP THERE AND WORKED EVERYTHING OUT OVER THE PHONE WITH TYLER. Unexpected Awesomeness My experience with Chevrolet of Boaz began with a simple email online. Much to my surprise it was responded back to almost immediately. An employee by My experience with Chevrolet of Boaz began with a simple email online. Much to my surprise it was responded back to almost immediately. An employee by the name of Brandy responded back quickly and professionally to answer my initial questions regarding the advertised vehicle. She then turned my interest over to Tyler who was able to facilitate being able to assist me in arriving at a price point that was mutually agreeable . All interactions and agreements were completed online and honestly. I was provided with additional photos , Purchase order with all figures relating to the sale, and a lot of honorable assistance that made my purchase not only easy and efficient but one of the most awesome car buying experiences to date. Upon arrival I was introduced to all of my online acquaintances and went off to meet with Brian a friendly and helpful gentleman who assisted me in finalizing the sale. The vehicle was detailed, gassed, and loaded aboard my transport trailer for my journey back to South Florida. I am glad that I trusted in Chevrolet of Boaz for an online vehicle purchase, while living 10+ hours from their dealership. Even the owner assisted in providing some additional lumber to raise the height of the vehicle for loading and transport. I found that not only kind but exceptionally helpful. Going forward , I will likely make future purchases with Chevrolet of Boaz because it is hassle free, buyer friendly, and honest.
