They helped every step of the way, including to helping me load it on the trailer I brought to pick it up and even checked in on me the following day to make sure my long journey back was uneventful. Dealer Review Dealership showed professionalism from the time I met them. I wasn't greeted when I was in the lot looking at cars which surprised me, but once I went Dealership showed professionalism from the time I met them. I wasn't greeted when I was in the lot looking at cars which surprised me, but once I went inside and asked for a salesman, the service was much better. Little disappointed about the deal I was given though. They gave me the KBV on my trade-in; however comparing the KBV of the car I bought from them, they were way above it (50%) and didn't budge. Thought that was a bit unfair and illustrated a double standard on their part; should of walked away at that point. Other than that, I thought the treatment of the staff was great and I would definitely buy another car from this dealer IF they are willing to not have a double standard on their sales tactics anymore. More

Tyler also took the car to two other vendors across town (at my request) to facilitate wheel powder coating and window tint services prior to my arrival.
