I’m quite disturbed that I paid nearly $100 dollars to have a certified car I bought 2 weeks ago to have ‘reviewed’. I will soon be contacting the leadership team. When we bought this car a few weeks ago have a certified car I bought 2 weeks ago to have ‘reviewed’. I will soon be contacting the leadership team. When we bought this car a few weeks ago Vanessa told us to bring it in if we have any issues. We purchased additional coverage for various components so I was shocked to see no oil change or tire rotation which both should be covered at no cost. Also, we’ve never had the fob battery replaced in our 2015 Lexus which has nearly 130,000 miles. Surprised our new 2025 Lexus needed the battery replaced. Any word on potentially finding our garage door opener transmitter in the 2025 Subaru Ascent Touring we traded in? Lastly, I requested G.M. Eric be consulted about a reduction on the cost of the All-Weather Floor Mats as these were included when we purchased our 2015 Certified Lexus ES 300h. Please advise at earliest opportunity. 1st saleperson tarnished my image of Walser. Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. Heard comments like "well it is a used car" when i saw deep scratches Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. Heard comments like "well it is a used car" when i saw deep scratches in paint. She did show us the braking feature but knew we were irritating her due to being close to closing- i had cash and was ready to buy, but had to return 3x. Felt like she wasnt being honest and never on my team. Luckily for Walser, Rosalie redeemed the sale situation. Miss Mayo was quick and timely in her responses. We communicated via text as that worked best with my work travel schedule. It was a great experience from the time I inquired to the time my wife was handed the keys. More
