Eventually, they offered a “middle ground” price and asked me to come in next day. Before wasting another trip, I did everything right: * Confirmed my appointment * Confirmed the car was still available * Confirmed the agreed price They said yes to all three. Then I asked for a **bill of sale in writing**. Good thing I did. After multiple follow-ups, they finally sent it — and the price was $2,600 higher than what we had agreed on. When I called them out, the manager’s excuse? “We had to repost the car at a new price.” So let me get this straight: you confirm the price, schedule me to come in within hours, and then quietly change the numbers hoping I show up anyway?
