Outstanding Service! I was traveling from North, GA to South, FL when I developed a front wheel bearing issue. I showed up at 4:45pm and the Company asked a mechanic to I was traveling from North, GA to South, FL when I developed a front wheel bearing issue. I showed up at 4:45pm and the Company asked a mechanic to stay beyond the 5pm closing time to work on my vehicle once it was determined, as I suspected, to be a serious bearing problem. I drove out at 5:30pm I couldn't ask for a more genuine and sincere group (all were family, I think) who stayed to give me quick, reliable and courteous service. No pressure sales and straight forward pricing online without "hidden" fees and fake discounts. Went to Gainesville GMC website and the pricing is vague and shows disc and straight forward pricing online without "hidden" fees and fake discounts. Went to Gainesville GMC website and the pricing is vague and shows discounts that are not real once you get to the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. All employees are friendly and treated me like family. More
