The dealership runs very efficiently.... Our salesman was very amicable, honest, and applied no pressure. He went out of his way by moving cars that were on the showroom floor so that we could test drive the car of our choice....... He took us upstairs multiple times to compare different versions. He located other versions of the perspective vehicle at other dealerships and offered to acquire them within 24 hrs. He was very accommodating and patient, as it took us a while to decide. When it came time to initiate the paperwork Stan admitted he was still in the learning stages of this process and was helped by VICTOR another sales representative . Victor went out of his way to help Stan, as my transaction was a bit more complex because I was trading in 2 vehicles. I worked in a car dealership in my youth and this was like nothing I have ever experienced. I purchase new vehicles more often than your average person. This was far and above the most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I absolutely intend on initiating every future car purchase within the Ray Catena. Thank you Dr. Anthony Zamarra More
