A real mixed bag. I made aservice reservation on line but when I arrived it wasn't in the system. To their credit, they took me anyway and had a loaner available. T I made aservice reservation on line but when I arrived it wasn't in the system. To their credit, they took me anyway and had a loaner available. The service rep was cordial and knowledgeable. Great guy. I asked to have the front and rear seat and steering wheel heaters to be turned off but they still come on even at 70 degrees. I have to turn them off manually each time I drive. And, of course, I still get "check the rear seat" notice every day. Nothing there. Finally, when I got home the side mirrors wouldn't close. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car in. I drove from Carmel Valley only to be told that I just have to touch the button on the door panel. Couldn't they have told me that over the phone? I've purchased 5 new Lexus vehicles from this dealership and will continue to do so. I just wish the Service Department was a tad more attentive. More

Very pleasant experience. A little different from the previous years but every one was pleasant and professional. I bought my car there in 2005 and they used to offer a loaner car when the maintenance was going to be lengthy but no offer of a loaner. Overall, I was satisfied with their service. More
