Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Unresponsive – Buyer Beware I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. I reached out multiple times via email and left messages with Beware I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. I reached out multiple times via email and left messages with the front desk regarding a truck I was ready to purchase. Not once did I receive a follow-up call or email. I even contacted the General Manager, Fleet Director, and Fleet Manager directly—still no response. This kind of disregard for customers is unacceptable. If this is how they treat someone before a sale, I dread to think what post-sale service looks like. Communication is a basic expectation, and this dealership failed miserably. Due to time constraints, I had no choice but to move forward with the purchase. Thankfully, a young salesman named PJ stepped in and helped me complete the transaction—thank you, PJ. That said, the process was far from smooth. When I asked to test drive the truck, they couldn’t locate the keys. Completely disorganized. I requested delivery of the vehicle before noon the next day as I had to travel. I spent 45 minutes on hold with no answer. I had to text PJ directly to get someone to deliver the truck, which arrived late—causing me to miss a doctor’s appointment and nearly miss my flight. This experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business here. More
