We went in with the intention of paying a $500 deposit for the car I wanted and was very happily shocked and surprised that it just came in today fresh off the boat in a manner of speaking ! The process from beginning to end was smooth sailing and everyone was very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to learn our sales associate Jacob is brand new to the company and it feels like he's been at Tasca kia forever ! James was very friendly and I don't remember her name but the blonde woman was also very nice and had us smiling. I'm happy to be walking out with the car today as opposed to a few weeks from now which I wouldn't have minded either. Very happy with the service here. More

They were patient with us and answered all of our questions, we never felt any pressure to make a decision. Edward was very accommodating offering coffee or water during our visit. We did our research and reached out to a few local dealerships. Out of 4 local dealerships Tasca Kia was the only one willing to discuss transparent pricing. They shared all potential fees upfront so there were no surprises. They ensured we got the best deal possible!! Edward was very professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Marcy the finance manager made us feel like friends/family and shared helpful options for us. The whole process was fast and seamless. We hoped to drive off with our 2025 Kia K5 before my husbands birthday and they made it happen!!
