She was amazing. but everyone and everything else was a hassel, and the WORST customer service, and the WORST, most unprofessional people work in the office. They don't want to work, they want you to do all the work for them, and they are so rude and not worth any time. They get paid by the dealership; not me. I had the worst experience which made me trade the car I bought 3 months after I purchased it. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER. Even the manager of the dealership is worthless. Sent him an email of how unprofessional and rude his employees are and he didn't even respond. TERRIBLE. Lack of good management is why the people in the office act and speak to people the way they do. It is very sad that this dealership is huge, and very nice, but it's empty, there are empty offices everywhere, and with the lack of professionalism I can see why they don't have very many employees. When the ONE finance person gets so frustrated while he is working on your paperwork and just gets up and walks out and talks super ugly to everyone around him it is not a good look. When the manager of the dealership makes sorry excuses for his employees it is not a good look. When the people in the office are rude and unprofessional and down right rude, its not a good look. If you have a choice, DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
