I spent nearly 5 hours at Tamiami Hyundai exploring several cars before finding the one I wanted. I had already arranged financing thru my credit union at 4.1 percent but I was told the dealership didn’t work with out of state banks but they would get me a comparable rate. It turned out they went thru an Ohio bank and hidden in the 31 pages of paperwork they gave me was hidden my now rate of 11.09 percent. I have now decided to pay off the car immediately and am still awaiting a call back from the dealer. As for the service department, you don’t talk to a real person. Live and learn. More

Vinny was and has always been honest, helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure if/when or ever I will need or want to get another vehicle, but if I do I will be going back to Tamiami Hyundai to see Vinny once again.
