I do like Tom Kelley's dealership in Ft. Wayne near Costco. The service team is professional, trustworthy, honest,& consumer conscious with advanced technical skills. My hometown GM is dish Wayne near Costco. The service team is professional, trustworthy, honest,& consumer conscious with advanced technical skills. My hometown GM is dishonest& not trustworthy. I do have a concern though. My son purchased A BRAND NEW COLORADO TRUCK. The A/C didn't work. It took several trips to dealership to get right part & wait for installation.Grant Harrissold vehicle to him.M concern now is ignition is malfunctioning. Tom Kelleyservice can't fix. What to do? Stay stranded? Would Tom Kelley's leave his child as is?Would a lifeguard leave a swimmer drowning? Would a hiker leave a person sinking in sand?Why is this happening?I am a retired nurse 50 years & took care of many many patients & residents.You find a solution to care for people My trust is wavering now @ Tom Kelley's now. Does Tom Kelley's know about this? Please 🙏 Help! More

Great service, tech showed video of my truck service. After the work was accomplished my bill was actually a lot lower than original estimate. And that a 2021 Silverado bought from Kelley seems to spend more time in shop than on the road. At 55 years old and having had lots of trucks and cars in my days this one sure seems the worst. More

I was very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased from you, but I was not very pleased with the fact that an operators manual is not even included with the vehicle after spending $40,000 with your company you, but I was not very pleased with the fact that an operators manual is not even included with the vehicle after spending $40,000 with your company. I thought a manual was a very small request on my part., considering I paid cash (no financing). When calling Vinny I was simply told the previous owner didn’t return the manual and there was nothing Kelley Chevrolet could do. Because of the distance I traveled to deal with you, I contacted you to let you know when we arrived back home after picking the truck up (not after it was home delivered like your ad read was possible) we checked in the glove box for the manual and didn’t find one. I was told I could download a copy so I checked into that which involved printing approximately 450 pages. I’d appreciate it if you would run this by your dealership management and let me know their thoughts about my survey reply. More
