This dealership put on a good front but ultimately turned out to be just as shady as others I’ve dealt with. The loan was structured in a manipulative way, and the atmosphere was unprofessional—music blaring out to be just as shady as others I’ve dealt with. Even though the lot was technically closed, they kept me there, distracting me and wearing me down until I agreed to a deal. I take accountability for not catching the numbers or noticing the vehicle damage sooner, but the way they intentionally prolonged and manipulated the process was dishonest. It was designed to make me fatigued and less alert. The tactic worked. Clever, yes. Ethical? Absolutely not. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
