Mostly, I told them the amount I wanted to pay, and they came very close on the first offer. I do not care for haggling; in fact, it really is a ridiculous exercise. Just give me your best price to begin with and don't waste my time running back and forth. I also really liked having a woman salesperson. She was fast and dealt with my sale with urgency. It was very impressive. I was also impressed with John Ward, the sales and finance director. He too worked with urgency to get my deal closed quickly. Thanks to all. More

I was extremely impressed with our overall purchasing experience at Colonial Honda. Out of the 4 dealerships that I contacted, only Colonial Honda honored this request. I also felt that Melissa gave us the best price from the beginning and my husband nor I felt the need to "haggle". Wendy has a wonderful personality and we were very pleased with all of the extra efforts she made to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely be return customers and we will also be sure to spread the word. It was WELL worth the drive & I love my new car! More

She kept us updated through the entire sales transaction and helped us get a great deal on our lease. The idea of leasing a new car was scary, but the employees at Colonial Honda (Wendy especially) really gave us the attention we needed and made sure we walked out happy.
