My appointment was at 9am. I got there and checked in at 830am. My car had still not been taken back by 10am. I messaged Wesley. He said it was like a doctors office and just b I got there and checked in at 830am. My car had still not been taken back by 10am. I messaged Wesley. He said it was like a doctors office and just because my appointment was at 9 didn't mean that's when I would be seen. I was told when I got there that if my front and back brakes needed to be done it would take roughly 4 hours. At 11am my car STILL had not been taken back / started on. I went into the office and said I needed my car back or a rental if it was going to be any longer. They took my car back right then. And by 1130am they were done. I do not think ANYTHING was done to my car. Not in 30 minutes. And my brake sensor is still popping up on my app and in my car everytime I start it. Very disappointed to have wasted half a day and achieved nothing More

Appreciate that Wesley texted several times to keep me updated. Appreciate that everything was covered under warranty. We didn't know about the brake recall. Much better experience with Lynn Layton dealer updated. Appreciate that everything was covered under warranty. We didn't know about the brake recall.
