Good selection of cars, good price, and friendly folks. I had been searching for a new Navigator for a couple of weeks. Found the one I wanted on web at Crossroads. Called Will, gave him an overview of w I had been searching for a new Navigator for a couple of weeks. Found the one I wanted on web at Crossroads. Called Will, gave him an overview of what I wanted and asked it if was worth my trip to Frankfort. He gave me some ballpark numbers, I went there and we were able to put a very good deal together. When we pulled in, I noticed the dealership building was still of the older design and had been there a while, not the new modern glass showroom with all the bells and whistles, but that told me their overhead probably wasn't as high as a glitzy dealers, so they should be able to sell their cars for less than their competition, and I think I was right. I would highly recommend Crossroads Ford and in particular, Will Clark in the sales department. More
