Purchased car. 10 days later they said funding didnt go through (they did not correctly identify stipulations within the loan requirements). I had to provide more documentation or they would take the car back. I provided it. Finance manager said he would contact me that day but did not and completely dropped off the radar. That manager NEVER spoke with me again. I had to call them, spoke with a third person, a sales manager, to get an update. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That individual never spoke with me again. We are now almost a full month past the original purchase. A fourth person contacts me to inform me they cannot finance the car I have. I have to get a different car. They give me two quotes for cars that cost $3k more than the first. I turn them down and go look at the entire corp’s inventory and send 6 vehicles I would consider. I select a vehicle, they get it to their location, and I come to finish the paperwork. They said it would take about an hour. It took 2 hours because their original quote expired and seemingly every step was delayed somehow. I had to make emergency arrangements for my kids because I was not able to be there on time to pick them up. The entire process was ridiculously and unacceptably dysfunctional. They gave me a deep discount on a service contract. Every person at that location at every level was involved in this messed up situation, in the end. What a phenomenal waste of everyone’s time. More

Service leader was good. However the vehicle had the same issue when I picked it up. They called and gave me an additional option for new parts at $1200.00. I took it else where and they said the cable was on backwards.. they didn’t charge me and door works as it should now. So I probably won’t be coming back as not sure they did anything… other than look for additional revenue. More
