Both William Sammauro and Jay Conley assisted us in the purchase of our XC90 B6 2025.5 William provided us with the view order form and transit information- he kept us updated. Jay showed his knowledge of the car by demonstrating, discussing and answering our questions.. And last but not least Martha was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty. What a great team! I had high hopes purchasing my first brand new vehicle, but my experience at Autobarn Oak Park was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to finalize the sale, no one walked me through the car or explaine but my experience at Autobarn Oak Park was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to finalize the sale, no one walked me through the car or explained a single feature — something you'd expect at any dealership, especially one selling a luxury vehicle. I had to ask just to see the car before signing paperwork. There was no orientation, no overview, and no attention to detail during delivery. I wanted to transfer my plates which I had brought with me, and I was bullied into getting new plates by the staff. The car was dirty and I had to bring it back to be cleaned. The next day I realized the car had a sensor issue and less than 24 hours after purchase, I had to take my car in to be serviced and pick up a loaner vehicle — completely unacceptable for a brand new car. The general manager promised to resolve the situation and have the owner of the dealership call me. This never happened. I had to send two follow up emails before I got a response. The dealership did not honor the final price we had agreed upon — the financed price was higher than quoted, and they refused to honor their quote. When I raised these concerns and tried to resolve the issue directly with their team, their only offer was to take the car back, which did nothing to address the time, money, or frustration I had already invested. It also would leave me spending additional time and money searching for a new vehicle, of which I had already spent weeks doing. The entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and dismissive. For a dealership representing a premium brand, the lack of transparency, customer care, and accountability was shocking. I would not recommend buying from this location. More

She was kind enough to include Rodney in the buying process this time around who provided our family with white glove service. I would highly recommend them both - for ease of doing business, straight forward negotiations, getting us a great car that fit our needs and making sure it was a super efficient transaction. Will took care of our financing, answered all our questions and was a pleasure. Five star experience all around! More

This was very disappointing…. We do not live close to the dealership and the 2 times that we went out, they had us wait in the waiting room for 4+ hours….. never oriented us on the vehicle (perhaps our sales dealership and the 2 times that we went out, they had us wait in the waiting room for 4+ hours….. never oriented us on the vehicle (perhaps our salesman was not trained on the car)… our salesman only offered to sync up my cell phone to the car. He was not able to answer most of my questions - Volvo OnCall trained me on everything else. My salesman told me that I needed to subscribe to VolvoOnCall, but the agent told me that it’s a free service for 4 years. Redeeming the ChargePoint credit was not a good experience also - eventually I worked with corporate and they had everything resolved within 3 days. The team seems more interested in making sales and not much interest in customer service……. Corporate has been great to work with. I hope improvements can be made at the dealership. More
