In for an oil change and tire rotation wait time 1:15, after 2.5 hours i asked whats going on, it will be another 15 minutes they are draining the oil as the put in the wrong oil, I make an appointment after 2.5 hours i asked whats going on, it will be another 15 minutes they are draining the oil as the put in the wrong oil, I make an appointment 2 weeks in advance not to wait, i will never be back to this dealership, ever.
