I sent 3 emails last week to Will, left a voicemail message for TJ last week, Called yesterday left a voicemail message with Will and called today and got a voicemail again for a sales manager. If you are counting on good customer service and communication after the purchase, keep looking for another dealership to shop at. You won't get it here. After having my car for 3 months now, I can say this dealership is NOT customer service friendly. Paid for my used Avalon with personal check/cash pay on November 5th, 2025 and after 3 months, still don't have my title. Driving my car on an expired dealer tag. Can't register it with the state until I receive my title. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and now I've had to escalate my grievance to the Alabama Attorney Generals Office: Consumer Protection Division. BUYER BEWARE!! Dealership states they sent the title to me on December 1st, 2025. I purchased the car 11/05/2025. Car was listed for sale on 10/30/2025. The next registration / renewal event is 01/19/2026, two and half months after I purchased it. The title is also being reported with 14,582 odometer mileage discrepancy. No communication from the dealership directly since my complaints with the BBB, and Alabama Attorney General's Office. If you are shopping for a new or used car, please do your due diligence.
