Jordan Russell is a Customer Service Specialist, he does what he can to make things happen for the customer. I feel Jordan that Jordan would be a Good Customer Service Trainer throughout the Dealerships esp what he can to make things happen for the customer. Out of all the Dodge Chrysler Dealerships, Academy and the Grissom would my choices to select from due to the Customer Service you get from Sales and Service. Dealer ship is great, but wouldn’t recommend buying a Wrangler 4xE to travel. Does not get the 49 mpg as advertised even with a full charge and 1 gallon of gas.
