I arrived and was greeted outside. They directed me to the counter and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. I was invited into a very pleasant waiting area They directed me to the counter and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. I was invited into a very pleasant waiting area with coffee, drinks, donuts, etc. I watched them decorate their “giving” tree for Christmas 🎄. I was given an option to be shuttled somewhere if I desired but it was a relatively short wait. Nice group of people. Easy Peasy More

After much stress they finally figured out that the engine had to be replaced per the warranty.i didn't expect to have to pay out almost $500 for a warranty job.
