What you’ve described is not the level of service we aim to provide—especially to a client who has trusted us for more than 10 years. You are absolutely right to expect clear, knowledgeable communication from our team. We take your feedback seriously regarding the lack of explanation around the alignment issue and the perception that sales recommendations were prioritized over addressing your questions.
