This was the worst car buying experience ever. I was sold a vehicle with a vibration that could not be diagnosed that was not observed until they day I left the dealership. After being inconvenienced for more than a week ,placed in a rental due to working out of the state and only being home on the weekends, new tires were finally ordered and low and behold, that did not fix the problem. Asked about different options and got no response nor did anyone care. Now I'm having issue with an service plan that i purchased. I went to get my oil change don my new vehicle and my plan is not even in the system. Now I have to chase them down about that. This dealership and the service department is a bust. STAY AWAY! Spend your money elsewhere. More

I'm having some issues with my vehicle. I was told that I should had requested a service that was not recommended to me. I've been to the service center 8 times in 1 year and still have iss I was told that I should had requested a service that was not recommended to me. I've been to the service center 8 times in 1 year and still have issues. There have been several recalls on my brand new vehicle. The last time I was in the car was making a load roaring noise and shaking. The mechanic said he didn't feel or hear anything, another service tech had to drive it and they were able to feel and hear it. However, no one has been able to fix it. Also, they charged me for a rental when I was not supposed to have a charge. And my car is STILL at the service center.... Dropped it back off last week and have yet to hear what might be going on with it. More
