Willie Orth at Braman Motorcars BMW

Wille and Mario were extremely helpful during my experience to purchase a new vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and by Monday morning I was driving off with a new 335i. Originally, I came into trade my car in to purchase a new one. Willie and Mario both helped me get a great deal on my old car and even a better deal on the new car. I went to other dealerships and the price was unbelievable high. When I offered a price I was staying at, Wille and Mario tried their very best to reach a deal with me. They are both helpful and dedicated into providing a way to satisfy their customers. I would recommend going to Braman BMW to anyone who is interested in getting a great deal on a new car.

We visited the dealer to "just look at the cars" on our way to picking up my car from another local dealer. We looked over the inventory in the showroom and were soon approached by Willie Orth. He makes strong eye contact and has a firm handshake upon introducing himself. We explained why were in the dealership and Willie did an excellent job of explaining the differences and pricing between the various choices BMW offers as compared to my automobile at that time. With a very outgoing personality and easy style Willie helped us look closer at two very good alternatives. After spending time with him we left to pick up my car at the other dealer and said we would return to continue the conversation---which we did. Later that afternoon we returned and concluded the "deal" on a new BMW. I couldn't be more pleased.

If anyone wants a GREAT car buying experience you need to spend only a short time with Willie. I think I bought into him first, his knowledge and effusing personality, and then into BMW. If you want a great car, the choice is simple, just talk with Willie.

I was greeted warmly within seconds of walking into the dealership and asked if my son and I would like some water. We were introduced to an easy going salesman, Willie Orth. But I realized right away, don't be fooled by his easy going manner, this guy knows his BMW's thoroughly. He made my whole experience a pleasure. I felt like I knew every design feature of the car I was interested in by the time we had finished the test drive. I have had 3 prior BMW's personally and never have I been treated with such respect and courteousness from a dealership. Willie told me to make certain that I had plenty of time to go over the car and nothing was rushed or hurried. My son learned things about his new BMW that he purchased up north that they had not bothered to teach him about. I 100% recommend Braman and Willie Orth and Raj Alexander, the Director of Sales.

My First BMW what a great experience. On 09/15/2012 Bill(client advisor) show me around the new 3 series, wonderful machine. Bill took care of every single question I had. Finally I decided to lease a Jet Black 328i 2012. When it came to numbers Willie Orth the internet sales manager gave a number which i could not refuse and excellent financing. In conclusion there is no other place like Braman BMW WPB. If you are looking for a dealership with great balance between price and service this is the place to go.

I recently leased a 2012 BMW from Braman BMW West Palm Beach and the service was as expected – professional, courteous, etc. but my experience ended up being a true testament of the genuine and sincere thoughtfulness of my sales manager – Willie Orth. After my deal was all signed and sealed with a great price and the car was detailed and ready to go Willie sensed that I was not thrilled with the interior color of my brand new BMW. I had told him the color didn’t matter, but he decided to listen to more than what I was saying. He observed my demeanor and just knew that although I loved my new BMW, I didn’t L-O-V-E it. Willie spoke with me and wouldn’t except anything but me being 100% satisfied and happy. Willie was great and I ended up picking out a new color, which meant….yes the paperwork had to be re-written and the car detailed but I left 110% satisfied and I L-O-V-E my car!!!

I have to say my experience was superb. When I reached out to Braman Motors and spoke with Willie, he quickly assessed my situation and we came to a mutual agreement. I knew the price that I needed to be at and he executed perfectly, with no going back and forth with a manager. I told him exactly the car my wife wanted and he made a couple of suggestions and we settled on a beautiful black metallic 5 series.

I have to say that my dealings with Willie and Braman Motors as one of my best car experiences and would recommend them to anyone.

Willie Orth really did a great job leasing me a BMW 750i. Since 2012 is coming to an end and the 2013's will be out soon, BMW has a very good lease program for the last of the 2012's. Willie was really helpful getting me this car for a low monthly payment, and I can walk away at the end of three years without having to negotiate a trade in. He was also very low pressure which my wife and I both appreciated immensly. He also knows absolutely everything about the car, and went through a very involved training session (an hour and a half), which shows he cares. I plan on leasing a second vehicle next may or June with Willie at Braman!

Willie Orth did an outstanding job! He listened carefully to what I wanted and then delivered the right car for me. Willie bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal possible. He is a true profesional and a delight to work with. If you ever plan on buying a BMW from Braman BMW - Palm Beach, Willie Orth is the guy to see!
