We first met Wyatt Decker and Robert Ferguson shortly after this new dealership opened. 777 Nissan is near our home, so we do not have to drive far for service or sales. Recently, our 2022 Nissan LEAF SV after this new dealership opened. 777 Nissan is near our home, so we do not have to drive far for service or sales. Recently, our 2022 Nissan LEAF SV experienced back up camera issues, so we scheduled a service appointment. While perusing 777 Nissan's website we saw a brand-new Nissan LEAF Plus that was available. Robert arranged a test drive. He patiently explained the car's many features and was terrific during and after the lease experience! We loved the car and promptly traded in our '22 LEAF and leased the new car. This was our first leased vehicle, and everyone was helpful and assisted us with the entire process. We typically purchase a new vehicle every 3 years so leasing made sense to us. The finance managers were great, explained the leasing process in easy-to-understand terms, and we happily departed with the new car. Isabel Galvan put the "cherry on the cake" yesterday May 21 by emailing the dealer report of sale to me that saved us a trip to the dreaded DMV to register the vehicle. 5 stars all around. More

Broke down in middle of desert, they got me in asap and found a part and finished next day. Fantastic bunch of folks made our breakdown a little more tolerable. I came on a 2-day trip from Southern California to Las Vegas with my family when my car had an issue. We had to tow it to this dealership. They told us they only have one EV technician. The issue happened Vegas with my family when my car had an issue. We had to tow it to this dealership. They told us they only have one EV technician. The issue happened on our way back to California, and they said we’d need to stay in Vegas for three more days just to have it looked at. One employee in particular, named Wyatt, was very rude. Eventually, the manager stepped in and told them to fix the car. They ended up charging me $250, even though it was a Nissan issue and my car is under warranty. Honestly, they don’t seem to care about customers—especially people visiting from out of state like us. More

I.appeciate the effort,but I've had my car there twice for a lengthy time, both times didn't fix the problem.. I am aware that car is having a hard to diagnosis problem so I'm not that critical about the for a lengthy time, both times didn't fix the problem.. I am aware that car is having a hard to diagnosis problem so I'm not that critical about the situation but is kind of disheartening to spend over700 dollars and still have the same problem.
