It really did not feel like he was trying to sell us a car, it was more of an experience, and when we decided we actually wanted to change our car, he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed, and took really good care of us! My experience with the salesman Jesus was very disappointing. He was unprofessional and refused to honor the agreed-upon out-the-door price unless we financed through the dealership. Even though we were still willing to buy the car without the college rebate or their financing, he wouldn’t let us use our own loan. Jesus could have informed us before I he ran our credit * that if we didn't use their financing we would have pay more for the car.* His demeanor and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I had bought 2 cars with Xavier. The second one had many more fees associated with the car. Also bought during Christmas time. My thousand dollar Rebate has a catch. If i financed the car through Toyota I would get a thousand dollars off. Well they did not say anything about there was a finance fee for a loan which was about 300 dollars. Then My rebate was not a thousand dollars but around 700. You must look at all the figures very closely because these guys do this all the time and they are good at it. Beware of everything and negotiate hard with them. More
