I was completely satisfied with Yvonne Owens and the staff. Yvonne's knowledge of car leasing is outstanding, you can tell its her passion. Yvonne is very comical and made my husband and I laugh, which staff. Yvonne's knowledge of car leasing is outstanding, you can tell its her passion. Yvonne is very comical and made my husband and I laugh, which made us feel very comfortable. She followed up with me just to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and if I had any questions or concerns. She also stated that I could call her at any time with questions I may have down the road. I would highly recommend Yvonne to others, she will go over and beyond...you just can't find that nowadays. More

I purchased a used truck from Crestmont Buick approximately 6 weeks later the transmission started slipping. It came with a three month warranty so I called the service department and scheduled t approximately 6 weeks later the transmission started slipping. It came with a three month warranty so I called the service department and scheduled to drop it off I was told multiple time I would be provided a loaner vehicle but when I arrived they said they didn’t have anything for me and said I would have to pay for a rental from enterprise. I argued with the sales manager long enough that he agreed that the dealership and the warranty company would pay for the rental from enterprise. They did the diagnostics confirmed it was the transmission and sent it to another location for repair since they were not equipped. After several weeks without hearing anything from them I started to call and leave voicemail everything I could to get an update. It took 5 weeks to finally get a response only to be told that they were still waiting for a final approval from the warranty company “but it was close” and the manager promised to keep me updated this time that he would handle to himself. Two more weeks go by no updates and no response finally they say they had to take it to another location to be serviced it it took another two weeks to move it over there. It has now been three months since I dropped it off and the work hasn’t even been started yet and they still have no answer for when it will be done. Terrible service terrible communication at Crestmont Buick location it’s been a nightmare and I still don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. More
