Overall good experience. Miguel was very helpful especially as normaly his team would be off. Although appears to be very well run with helpful employees and we would utilize their services at 100mile+ distance and hour+ ride one-way.. ...we'll stay local. We were lied to at least on 3 separate occasions. We were not told important information about the car we purchased. I like the service center due to their good job but it always takes 3+ hours for anything! And it is horrible to wait that long for a recall and an oil change.
