Contacted Dallas Lease Returns via their website about a Ram they had advertised. Yulian was the salesman who followed up with me. Happy enough that I booked a last minute flight from NJ to Dallas for myself, my son and his friend. I had provided Yulian with everything he needed to have the paperwork ready upon my arrival. Quick Uber from DFW to the dealership. (Yulian even offered to pick us up if we were flying into Love Field). Upon arrival, Yulian had the truck ready to go and immaculate. After a quick test drive it was the dreaded paperwork time, this is where I assumed they were going to start pushing the upsell's, warranty, protection packages, etc. Zero and I mean Zero pressure on anything. We started going over the paperwork and everything was in-line exactly as we discussed. NO sudden hidden charges, fees, taxes, "we got him here one-way from Jersey, he'll agree to anything" fees etc. Yulian thoroughly explained everything throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. We got there at 12:47 and and drove off the lot at 1:46. I've literally spent more time and had more headaches/problems at the AT&T store trying to upgrade the family phones than buying this RAM. That being said, we never felt rushed at any point, we actually felt like we would've been welcomed to hang in the lounge area until closing if we needed to. Unfortunately we had to go. With a fresh Texas temp tag on the truck we did the Cannonball run straight back to NJ in about 24 hours, and shortly thereafter Yulian reached out to see how the trip went. I wouldn't hesitate to to fly out there and purchase another vehicle from Yulian and Dallas Lease Returns in the future. More

This was one of the easiest purchases I've ever made when buying a car. The attentiveness and expertise Brandon DeSoto showed throughout the process and his knowledge of the business speaks volumes about the buying a car. I let Brandon know where I needed to be with my payment and he was able to get it done on the vehicle that I decided I wanted to purchase. He's a genuinely nice guy. He and I met on a Thursday, I checked out a few trucks, decided on one, and he had the financing and paperwork waiting for me to sign on that Saturday. Brandon was unable to be there on Saturday, but Yulian was able to step in and handle everything for him, and the process was very smooth. Yulian is also genuinely nice person. Very pleasant to work with. Fifteen minutes and my wife and I were able to drive off in our new to us 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road Sport pickup truck and go get lunch. Great experience and will definitely be recommending friends and family to Dallas Lease Returns for their vehicle needs. More
