1. Deceptive. I was told the vehicle my at the time pregnant wife and I were purchasing was completely fine and safe. The day we were test driving it I noticed the cup holders were broken. They took the sound system out of this vehicle and left the bass switch. The tires were dry rotted and barely road worthy. They broke the lighter port that charges your phone. I dropped it off for them to "FIX" what they broke. Only for them to break another charging port that was never broken to begin with. PETE(pgancarz@classicofhouston.com) put me through xxxx. According to this guy appointments are not a thing, an estimated time for jobs to be completed is not a thing either. I asked him how long could it be for them to fix what their techs broke. He had no idea. He didn't try to ask anyone about fixing my vehicle or what even happened to begin with. The most unhelpful individual I've had to deal with in a very long time. I took the vehicle to Discount Tire(A week after getting the vehicle) so they could inspect the tires... I was told it's a miracle I even made it there without a flat. **I will be posting this review to warn other familes. To NOT do business with these people. They do not care about you or your family's safety. They just want to make a sale. That's it.** 1yr 4 days later today. This vehicle has had($14,000 dollars in repairs and it is not done. Note this vehicle was worth 19,500) The week after we bought it the CAM PHASERS started to rattle. They sent my car to a shady mechanic for repairs. I'm sure the mechanic stole the new parts and never put them on my vehicle because when I went to pick it up, it was still rattling upon cold start, this was after 21 days without my vehicle. A month after purchase the catalytic converters went out. No way that should be possible if the vehicle is in great condition. They(Classic Elite) did not care at all. They said it was my problem.
