From the welcome and clear directions of arrival, to the warm farewell, the service department visit was just like my purchasing experience. Friendly, accommodating, quick, and professional. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain what the process at their stage. KIA AutoSport of Columbus is truly a n awesome dealership that treats their customers with the highest respect. I do think the Tires for Life is a great option to have…I just wished it came with road hazard that treats their customers with the highest respect. I do think the Tires for Life is a great option to have…I just wished it came with road hazard protection…I had to purchase a new tire due to picking up a nail at the edge of the tread/sidewall (the tire had only 3000 miles on it). Anyway, my Telluride gets all service at KIA AutoSport of Columbus. Thanks Drew! More
