Over the last few days my wife bought a new 2025 X1 and I unplanned, bought a new 2026 X5. From the start, Yvonne greeted us and helped my wife find the right X1 for her. I was just poking around the showroo unplanned, bought a new 2026 X5. From the start, Yvonne greeted us and helped my wife find the right X1 for her. I was just poking around the showroom and ended up with a new X5! Yvonne was very amicable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Nelson, sales manager, was terrific with putting just the right deals together and all with a warm smile and sincerity. Paul, the very efficient finance manager was a breeze to work with and super knowledgeable about moving all the paperwork to accommodate us. The geniuses, John and Cody are expert geniuses, explaining all the new features of our vehicles so we could enjoy them to the fullest. These were our 5th and 6th BMW’s that we’ve owned and BMW of Shrewsbury is a fabulous dealership to work with. Each BMW is better than the last one and absolutely amazing vehicles to drive and own!
