I bought my previous cars from friends and acquaintances. First time purchasing from a dealership. Made my appointment online and Lori contacted me to tell me that the cars I would view were available and co First time purchasing from a dealership. Alexander was the person I worked with from test drive to trade in to final sale and signing off on the sale a getting the keys to my car. Alex was upfront/transparent with everything, from the differences of the cars I was looking at to explaining the different warranties if I wanted/needed/required one. After deciding on what car I was purchasing he was able to get the paperwork taken care of in a timely manner and within a timeline that fit my personal schedule/timetable. I looked at the car on a Saturday evening, I picked it up on a Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased with my experience at Star Subaru. Excellent customer service from beginning to end More
