Horrible experience, especially if you want the previous Bosak customers to continue to be your new customer. I’m good will move on to the next…. Bosak customers to continue to be your new customer. I’m good will move on to the next…. More

Now that this dealership is owned by Victory, I cannot say I would buy a vehicle from there again. The engine in our 2023 Nissan Rogue was recalled and it was explained to us that our best option would be to trade the vehicle in. Since we were in the market for a truck, we agreed this was the best move. We didn't get nearly as much for a trade in as we hoped (they weren't negotiable) I gave Audrey (our salesperson) a budget I wanted to work within of $35K or under. Must have a tow package and possibly 4x4 if within budget. Her first selection for us was a very used ford Ranger with almost $90K miles on it (keep in mind the 2023 Nissan we are forced into trading in only has 28k miles). The Ranger did not have 4x4 or a Tow Package. Her suggest was to buy it anyway and take it somewhere else to have tow equipment installed. I asked about a used Honda Ridgeline listed in their inventory on the Victory Nissan website. Audrey kept giving me the run around saying its at another dealership and they don't yet have permission to sell that vehicle from this location. Getting nowhere with the used Honda listed on their very own webpage, we entertained a brand new Nissan Frontier listed at $39K that Audrey suggested as she explained they currently have attractive finance rates. We test drove the Nissan Frontier and decided although a bit high for our budget the finance rates would help makeup for it. Now comes time to buy the Truck and move on. The price is now suddenly $41K base and Audrey explained this is because we selected a good finance rate. If we selected poorer terms, she could of sold us the truck cheaper...... When she brought me the documents to agree to purchase the truck, she added another $8,000 in unnecessary options. She said all of these options were already installed (floormats, lug nut locks, Security Plus (pre purchased service), Cardoc (theft protection), etc.... we were now looking at a $50K Frontier with almost $900 payment. I asked about the floor mats costing almost $800, its only 2 mats as this is a king cab not 4 door crew cab truck. Audrey responded to us with " you really don't want the weather tech mats?" My response was I will buy my own set for around $100 from Weather Tech plus the rogue we are trading in has a complete set of weather tech mats in it already. Audrey's response "well take those out and sell them on marketplace" Audrey had to go to the back to talk to "The Boss" , when she came out suddenly the mats (not weather tech not even close in quality) are to keep at no charge. They forced a $295 fee for that CarDoc system they claim is already installed. Instead of it being over $2,000 (we wont use it anyway and never wanted it but had to pay $295 for it) She finally came back and said they would agree to sell us the truck for $41,000 After a couple hours of waiting we finally can sign paperwork and get out of there. Zachary Scott was our finance manager that handled all of our paperwork. He is the reason I am giving this dealership 3 stars and not a 1 or 2. Zach was very transparent with the process and even showed me more options for Security-Plus (extended warranty that Audrey didn't. I ended up choosing an extended warranty from him. My Nissan Rogue had an extended warranty we purchased from Bosak and Audrey said she would help us get that money back. Her solution was a generic email she gave me at first. Luckily Zach said he would help and so far he has kept his word. Thanks again Zach for all of your help Audrey on the other hand asked my wife and I numerous times (some even via text message) to give her all perfect scores on the surveys. I wish I could but nothing about her salesmanship deserves perfect scores. It was explained to us that she needs perfect 10s as 9s were not good enough. This was reiterated to us a lot.
