The whole experience went much better than I anticipated. The initial discussion with the service rep was informative and he was very willing to listen to every question/request I had and accommodated all o The initial discussion with the service rep was informative and he was very willing to listen to every question/request I had and accommodated all of our needs to resolve the issue. When we arrived at the dealership EVERYONE was pleasant and courteous (seemingly to any and all the customers being served). Although it's a more lengthy drive to get to Ziegler than some other dealerships in our area, this experience will definitely be a positive consideration when we are in need of service in the future.
