It was OBVIOUS the car was not detailed before receiving. There were dirt scuffs all over bottom edge of inside drivers door, the sill/kick plates and door jams were all filthy, the ledge inside the trunk was filthy, and, worst of all, there was shipping tape adhesive everywhere on the paint. Obviously the car was not washed & waxed before delivery. I gave it a good wash & paint sealant when i got home and got all the adhesive off. Maybe not a really big deal, but would have expected better. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5. More

There were several times that my salesperson, TS, didn't seem "present" ... on his phone, other staff didn't know where he was, didn't return calls. I got the sense TS was juggling a few clients at once? Or seem "present" ... on his phone, other staff didn't know where he was, didn't return calls. I got the sense TS was juggling a few clients at once? Or maybe was having a really bad week? Also, there were a couple things he said to me privately that were unprofessional, a bit shocking. He seemed to push responsibilities to other staff. He definitely did not earn the commission! His colleague, Ben Burnett, in contrast, was a class act. If it weren't for Ben, I probably would've walked away and gone to another Mazda dealer. Not sure if I'll return for service at this location for my 2026 CX-50 Hybrid. Am looking for a place that stands behind their vehicles, where the staff acts skillfully and with integrity. More
