I don't usually write reviews or have praise for salesmen, but if you're in the market for an Audi vehicle, you owe it to yourself to contact Zaid Asi at Ontario Audi (Walter's Automotive Group). W salesmen, but if you're in the market for an Audi vehicle, you owe it to yourself to contact Zaid Asi at Ontario Audi (Walter's Automotive Group). We drove an hour from Los Angeles as this dealer was the only one that had the model we wanted. Zaid was extremely helpful from the start, getting us checked in, and ushering us through the deal on the exact vehicle we wanted. He didn't try to upsell us on anything once and was very attentive while he went back and forth negotiating on our behalf with his sales manager. I know, this is what they're supposed to do, but many other times I've done this, sales people were not as pleasant as Zaid. He was just an extraordinarily friendly and nice person. Thank you, Zaid! From the moment I pulled onto the lot, I was treated with courtesy and respect. My salesperson was an extremely helpful, patient, kind and a gentle man. I didn't feel like he was just trying to "get me to bu courtesy and respect. My salesperson was an extremely helpful, patient, kind and a gentle man. I didn't feel like he was just trying to "get me to buy a car." He presented me with options I wanted. He listened to my needs and wants. I didn't feel pressured, and I feel I got a good deal! "Zed" my salesperson (Audi Ontario) was a gentleman in every aspect. It felt nice to be treated so kind. The world would be a much better place of there were more people that displayed the kindness and gentleness of "Zed Asi." More
